This easy to make Raisin Walnut Bread is so delicious, with a crispy crust jeweled with raisins and toasty crunchy chunks of walnuts to boost.

The dough on the inside is soft and moist; a perfect contrast with all the crunchies.

This slightly sweet bread goes extremely well with fresh goats’ cheese, cottage cheese or cream cheese.

It’s wonderful plain sliced right off the loaf, and it makes fabulous toast – both are outstanding, but I think toasting it allows the flavors to really explode. Whichever way you like it, homemade raisin walnut bread is a top-notch choice.

This last time I’ve made it my friends could not stop raving about how good it was.

I love this whole-wheat and yogurt bread because it makes a pretty loaf with a great texture.

Try it if you like a soft perfect crumb bread. It’s not at all heavy… in spite of the whole-wheat flour. It satisfies who loves a soft white wanting something with more hearty ingredients and better chew.

Excellent recipe for breakfast. It’s very easy.

This Shrimp Sauce recipe can satisfy a number of meal occasions and is sure to impress. It’s quick and easy. It’s perfect for casual entertaining as it is packed with flavor. Use jumbo shrimp if you want to make it impressive!

Use it with Spaghetti or any short pasta such as penne, or try this Fast2eat shrimp sauce with a low-carb, healthier alternative to pasta using spaghetti squash! It’s still amazingly delicious with half the calories! Spaghetti squash is a favorite ingredient for those seeking a lower-carb, paleo-friendly, clean eating, gluten-free alternative to pasta.

If you prepare the spaghetti squash in advance, it is ready in minutes.

Old fashioned flavor using a bread machine!

Old fashioned Oatmeal molasses bread is easy to make, a rich and tender loaf that is perfect for toast or sandwiches, and great with cream cheese.

I love molasses and this bread is full of that dark rich taste. This bread is not super sweet as it may seem. It has a nice, deep, rich flavor with just a hint of sweetness.

This yummy fish filet covered with white sauce is an easy and simple recipe as well as very flavourful.

The sauce is especially delicious because the juices of the fish mingles in with it. It’s like a sauce made with the best stock ever!

This brown bread recipe using bread flour, whole wheat flour, and cornmeal is simply amazing!

It’s mildly sweet, soft and delicious, with hints of molasses. Sooo yummy!

This bread gets some brown color from the molasses.

It’s similar to the wonderful dark bread served at the Outback Steakhouse Restaurant chain.

I hope you love it as much as we do.

Escondidinho in Brazil, cottage pie or Shepherd’s pie in North America, Pastelón in Mexico or Caribe… This pie is a casserole that combines yuca (cassava/ manioc) and a savoury filling – meat (ground beef – my family favourite), shrimp (my favourite), diced chicken, turkey, fish, dried codfish (bacalhau), pork, Sun-dried Beef/jerked beef (The famous Escondidinho de Carne Seca in Brazil) and also soy or veggies could be added or used without meat for a vegetarian version… The fillings are limited only by your imagination.

A true one casserole dish that can also be made from leftovers. You already know that I absolutely love casseroles, not only because they are delicious but also because they are easy and ideal for busy days. You can make it ahead and leave it in your fridge and bake it at the end of the day when you come home from work! It can be served by itself or accompanied by a fresh salad or steamed vegetables. It’s really up to you!

It is one of the most versatile pies that can be assembled. And if you don’t like or find the yuca (cassava/manioc) you can also make it using different types of mashed roots, like potatoes or sweet potatoes or instant mashed potatoes, as a substitute.

It’s gluten-free, the dough is perfect for the gluten intolerant. This is pure fabulousness! One of my favourites dishes.

If you’ve ever tried potato bread, you know that the addition of mashed potatoes makes for some nice, soft bread because potatoes tend to make bread rise a little fluffier and softer.

Potato Bread made with instant potato flakes and dry milk means you don’t have to spend time peeling and cutting potatoes or wait for leftover mashed potatoes to make it.

Did you know you don’t have to spend time peeling and cutting potatoes to enjoy a delicious hot bowl of creamy Kale potato soup (AKA Caldo Verde)?

Caldo Verde, a potato and kale soup from Portugal, is a go-to recipe when the weather gets cold outside or for lazy rainy days, when you want something hearty and comforting but don’t feel like putting in a ton of effort.

It’s made with a few simple ingredients, it takes all of maybe 10 minutes of prep work, and it’s ready to eat just less half an hour later. Oh, and it’s all made in a single pot, too. And did I mention delicious? It’s really delicious.
