Fat-Burning Vegetable Soup – hearty and filling vegetable soup made in the electric pressure cooker (instant Pot). Helps to detox and lose weight.*

This Vegetable Soup is also known as cabbage fat-burning soup, cabbage soup, wonder soup, weight loss soup, miracle soup, weight watcher soup… whenever you’d like. There are so many names for this soup.

This soup was rumoured, in days of old, to melt away those thighs. Keep in mind that specific ingredients for the soup may vary and this is my version of it.

The Cabbage Soup Diet is a short-term weight loss diet. Proponents of the diet say that it can help you lose up to 10 pounds (4.5 kg) in a single week, but many health experts warn that the diet is unhealthy and its results unsustainable. No one knows exactly where this unique diet originated from, though it first gained popularity during the 1980s and has stuck around ever since.

The bottom line is that the Cabbage Soup Diet is likely to cause weight loss — but only because it severely reduces your calorie intake. As soon as you stop this one-week diet, you’re likely to regain the weight you lost.

That’s why I prefer eating it as a weekdays dinner, not exactly following the 7 days diet but because I like it.

This delicious vegetable soup is a healthy way to warm up during the winter. And I may lose some weight, just doing it.

It’s a luscious sauce for any Pasta or Spaghetti Squash. Also, give it a try with potatoes or just au gratin topped with potato sticks.

I was looking for an easy and delicious recipe to use this Pre-cooked Chicken and Chicken Stock Fast2eat that I’ve previously made.

The result consisted of a silky and creamy dish: Chicken Béchamel sauce, Shredded chicken, spices and herbs tossed with a Spaghetti Squash (or with any pasta or potato, as a filling for this Brazilian Blender Savoury Pie Fast2eat or just itself au gratin), and topped with melted mozzarella. Baked until nice and brown.

This creamy chicken is really satisfying and surprisingly low in calories. Lots of flavors, which work together very well in a delicious and simple dish! The result was nothing short of marvelous. We loved it!!!

Bolognese Sauce, also known in Italian as ragù alla bolognese.

The Classic Italian Bolognese meat sauce is made with ground beef, pork, and Italian sausage, I just use ground beef as my daughter doesn’t like pork and Italian sausage. But you can add them if you and your family like.

Use it with any pasta, from spaghetti to lasagna, whole wheat, white or gluten-free, or try this Bolognese Sauce with a low-carb, healthier alternative to pasta using Spaghetti squash! It’s still amazingly delicious with half the calories! Spaghetti squash is a favorite ingredient for those seeking a lower-carb, paleo-friendly, clean eating, gluten-free alternative to pasta.

This Shrimp Sauce recipe can satisfy a number of meal occasions and is sure to impress. It’s quick and easy. It’s perfect for casual entertaining as it is packed with flavor. Use jumbo shrimp if you want to make it impressive!

Use it with Spaghetti or any short pasta such as penne, or try this Fast2eat shrimp sauce with a low-carb, healthier alternative to pasta using spaghetti squash! It’s still amazingly delicious with half the calories! Spaghetti squash is a favorite ingredient for those seeking a lower-carb, paleo-friendly, clean eating, gluten-free alternative to pasta.

If you prepare the spaghetti squash in advance, it is ready in minutes.

This is an authentic Brazilian ground beef recipe.

Among everything, we must learn how to make in order to survive it is the ground beef! It’s fast, not expensive, and very, very easy to make. It’s the basics of basics in the kitchen.

And who says ground beef has to be boring? Not sure what to make with ground beef? It’s delicious to eat with:

Yuca (Cassava/manioc) Savoury Pie Fast2eat (as a filling or topping)

Bolognese Sauce Fast2eat (just add Tomato sauce Fast2eat) and use to make a Bolognese Lasagna on any other Pasta…

As a filling of the Brazilian Blender Pie Fast2eat or Shepherd’s Pie.

As a topping of the 15 minutes Baked Potato Fast2eat.

Or just covered with cream cheese (or any cheese) in a casserole.

And also accompanied by any Salad and/or Brazilian Style Rice Fast2eat.

What else do you suggest?

This Brazilian Shrimp stuffed pumpkin (Camarão na Moranga) is really easy to make and is the perfect dish to serve at any Fall dinner party. Actually, in Brazil it is enjoyed all year round!

Delicious, moist baked pumpkin filled with creamy shrimp (and/or prawn), onion, garlic, and cream cheese (or catupiry, a Brazilian creamy cheese)! It’s a simple dish that is going to wow yourself and your guests. If you don’t find a pumpkin you can also bake it in a casserole dish and it is still delicious and beautiful.

Serve it with rice and potato sticks (batata palha), trying to scoop out some moist pumpkin flesh too.

You can also use this creamy shrimp as a quiche filling.

It is a delicious casserole dish, also called as strata (or stratta), and very similar to this Brazilian Blender Pie, quiche or frittata, made from a mixture which mainly consists of bread, eggs, milk and cheese. It may also include meat and/or vegetables.

I hate to waste anything, and this is a very simple solution for the leftover bread. You can eat it for brunch, lunch or dinner.

This elegant casserole dish of cubes of bread baked in custard is often a lifesaver on busy days and within 10 minutes you can have it in the oven! You can also assemble it the night before and pop it in the oven as soon as you wake up. I also like it because you can pretty much use whatever you want as a filling. For this one I used cheese and smoked ham but the recipe is pretty flexible so you can play around with different meat and/or sautéed vegetables depending on what you have on hand.
