The Overview Page

If you never used it before, you’ll only see the empty “Favourite Recipes” collection page.

If you have used it before, the first screen you see is an overview of your existing collections.

The overview page shows the number of recipes you have in each collection on the right end.


Click on the "Edit Collections" link to

  • Create new collections
  • Rename existing collections
  • Duplicate existing collections
  • Delete collections you don't need anymore.


Click on the “Add Collection” link to create new ones.

Once you’ve added more collections, click on “Stop Editing.”

And you’ll be able to drag them around on this initial page using the handle () on the left ().


Starter collection templates

You can also use the starter collection templates by clicking on the button to start building your own meal plan or menu.

It will be automatically added to your own collections and then you can make any changes by:

  • Renaming the menu or meal plan
  • Adding the recipes you would like
  • Adding more groups
  • Removing unnecessary groups

The Recipe Collection Page

Click on a collection to open it.

This is what an empty collection looks like.

The buttons on the right give you the different actions to take.

How to add Columns & Groups each collection

Columns & Groups” can be used to alter the layout of this specific collection to whatever you need.

Click on button.

Click on “Edit Columns” to edit and add the columns you need.

And on “Edit Groups” to add and edit the groups of added columns.

Go back to the other actions by clicking on the “Actions” link.

How to add more recipes to your personal collection


To add more recipes to your personal collection, click on button on the recipe page.

Note: All recipes added using the button from the recipe page and uploaded by you will be listed within the “Favourite Recipes” collection on your My Personal Recipe Collection page:

Or

Click on a collection to open it.

Then, use the button to add recipes:

  • From another collection
  • By searching for them
  • By creating your own recipe

If you want to add a recipe from your collections, choose the collection you want the recipe.

Click on “Add from Collection” to open the drop-down menu with the other options.

Click on “Search Recipes” to add recipes by searching for them.

Click on “Add Custom Recipe” to add your own recipes. Then, you’ll be able to input different fields.

Any ingredients you add here will become part of the shopping list.

If you add nutrition facts they will get shown in the totals per column.

Optionally you can style the custom recipe differently by setting a colour.

Use the handle () on the left () to drag and drop the custom recipe in a place wherever you want it in the collection!

If you choose “Add Note” you can write a basic note to the collection to remind you of something.

Optionally you can style the note differently by setting a colour to make it really stand out and just drag and drop it where you want it to appear!

 Go back to the other actions by clicking on the “Actions” link.

How to remove any item from the collection

To remove any item from the collection, click on the button.

Then click on the Trash icon () to remove the item.
